This role is responsible to maintain the IT risk framework and its associated controls and reporting; including the coordination of IT policy drafting and scheduled review, carrying out SOX required testing of IT controls.
This role also needs to serve as liaison to auditors, consultants, and other external parties regarding IT compliance
related matters.

Job Description
  • Carry out IT risk identification, assessment, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of IT policies and procedures to ensure that all IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain IT risk and control matrix and related documentations, including system narratives, flowchart as required by SOX documentation.
  • Identify information systems control deficiencies.
  • Conduct testing to confirm continuous efficiency and effectiveness of information systems controls.
  • Maintain a security awareness program, including process development and content generation.
  • Assess and recommend tools and techniques to automate information systems control verification processes.
  • Serve as liaison to auditors, consultants, and other external parties regarding documentation and review of information compliance. 
  • Coordinate testing and reporting of data backup restorations in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate audit and review results to appropriate parties; ensure that issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented.

  • Minimum 7 years of direct experience in IT risk management, IT compliance, internal  audit, and/or information security is required
  • Familiar with COBIT 5
  • Certifications: CISA, CRISC Certification 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence organization to accomplish goals
  • Collaborative and team player; focused, passionate, with the ability to inspire confidence in employees and senior management
  • Strong collaboration skills to work well with others from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience 
  • Ability to work both independently with sole responsibility and as part of a team to deliver quality work product in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
